Service Description

In these workshops we will be learning few deep breathing techniques, which can be done anywhere to heal and calm the mind. Slowly moving into soft stretches of the body to let the Prana/chi flow smoothly in the body, and lastly the class will end with small guided meditation practice to reduce stress and improve concentration.
