Payatt Movement

This is a research project in attempt to create a new movement vocabulary, bringing in different aspcets from Kalaripaytt ( Ancient Indian Martial arts) and modern dance, finding new ways to train the body safety creating maximum impact and less injuries. It is an ongoing project with workshops and
